Light – Offers 15 pounds of resistance and is recommended for individuals from 80 to 110 pounds. Comes with durable, nylon protective cover.

Medium – Offers 20 pounds of resistance and is recommended for individuals from 110 to 140 pounds. Comes with durable, nylon protective cover.

Heavy – Offers 25 pounds of resistance and is recommended for individuals over 140 pounds. Comes with durable, nylon protective cover.

Extra Heavy – It will challenge your balance, stability and rotational strength more than the light, medium and heavy cords. Comes with durable, nylon protective cover.
