The greater the number of “bands”, the stronger the resistance. Medium 3-band resistance is recommended for most exercisers. Heavy 4-band resistance is suggested only for those who are already very strong. Light 2-band resistance is appropriate for those who are just beginning a conditioning program after being inactive for a considerable time. 16.5″ (42cm) diameter.
