Precision Rotator Discs are used on the floor and on Pilates equipment like the Reformer and Trap Table (Cadillac.) No resistance rotator discs have long been used to challenge stability and encourage rotational movements in the limbs or torso. Adding resistance enhances the challenge and helps strengthen rotational patterns, joint stability, balance and range of motion.
Each Precision Rotator Disc can hold up to maximum weight of 500 lbs. (277 kg). Our Rotator Discs are not adjustable and provide one resistance.

FAQs
- They are great for improving balance, range of motion, alignment, core strength, joint stability and more.
- That is totally dependant on the desired user experience. Light and heavy resistance obviously add additional workout challenges. Light resistance is better for upper body work and heavy resistance is better for lower body work.
- Foot size is the primary reason for different sized discs. The 9″ disc also allows feet to be positioned closer together.
- Precision Rotator Discs are used on the floor for leg and arm rotational exercises.
- Precision Rotator Discs can also be positioned on vertical surfaces/walls for arm exercises.
