There are 5 TRX RIP Cord resistance options:
- Light – Offers 15 pounds of resistance and is recommended for individuals from 80 to 110 pounds. Comes with durable, nylon protective cover.
- Medium – Offers 20 pounds of resistance and is recommended for individuals from 110 to 140 pounds. Comes with durable, nylon protective cover.
- Heavy – Offers 25 pounds of resistance and is recommended for individuals over 140 pounds. Comes with durable, nylon protective cover.
- Extra Heavy – Offers 38 pounds of resistance. It will challenge your balance, stability and rotational strength more than the light, medium and heavy cords. Comes with durable, nylon protective cover.
- Extra Extra Heavy – Offers 50 pounds of resistance and is recommended for people who are in very good shape and are somewhat familiar with Rip Training movements. Ideal for athletes engaged in contact sports. Comes with durable, nylon protective cover.
