- Proper Attire: it’s best to train barefoot or in shoes that are very flat. Running shoes are not recommended.
- Equipment: treat each Kettlebell like it’s a heavy Kettlebell. Once you are done with your Kettlebell, put it out of your way to avoid tripping over it during your next exercise.
- Choosing your Kettlebell: we recommend (1) 18lb and (1) 26lb Kettlebell for Women. We recommend (1) 35lb and (1) 53lb Kettlebell for Men. These two weights will serve a beginner very well.
